Quality:

Cumberland Nap Dog Beds are designed and crafted by hand with attention put into every detail. The beds are unique, and made from various types of wood which is responsible for giving the beds a look all their own. We use a variety of oils and stains to give each bed a rich and smooth finish that brings out the natural colors and tones of the wood. We use a variety of kiln dried woods depending upon availability. Typical species used include pine, poplar, maple, cedar, and walnut. If you have something particular in mind, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your special requests.

Style:

We offer multiple bed styles, some of which are posted on the Bed Styles page of this site. The designs of the currently available beds are constantly changing, as we are always working on new and unique designs. We also welcome custom designs, so feel free to share your ideas with us and we will do our best to make them a reality. Some bed styles we have made include: sleigh bed, mission style bed, various daybed styles, four poster beds, colonial style beds, etc.

Comfort:

We have found that there are many varieties of soft dog bed mattresses out there, but few are able to accommodate large and giant breeds. We found that a child's crib mattress is perfect for accommodating big dogs. In addition to being the right size, they are water and odor resistant, readily available, and affordable. Most of our beds are designed to fit a standard crib mattress, but we will gladly adapt any design to fit any style mattress or cushion.
