1. How is shipping calculated?: Each bed weighs a different amount, therefore the cost of shipping will vary according to the size and type of wood used. We ship via UPS and Fed Ex, and only charge the customer for the actual cost of shipping. Contact us for a quote for shipping to your area.
2. How much do custom beds cost?: Custom work varies from bed to bed based on time, materials, and degree of difficulty in the design. It is our goal to keep prices affordable, that is why all custom work starts at $200.00.
3. What is included in the cost of each bed?: Each bed available includes the headboard, pawboard, and rails. Slats and mattress are not included, but can be provided at an additional cost.
4. Are Cumberland Nap Dog Beds available for pickup?: Yes, customers are always welcome to pickup their beds to avoid shipping costs. Just be sure to call or send us an email before you visit, and plan to bring your dog so a photo can be placed on our website.
5. How much do crib mattresses cost?: A wide variety of crib mattresses are available in a standard size that will fit all of our beds. The ones we have found start at about $35 and go up.
6. What payment methods are accepted?: Check (please allow up to 10 days for check to clear before order is shipped), Money Order and Paypal.
7. When will my order be ready for shipping?: Available beds are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom beds vary but usually take 2 weeks or more before complete.
